Refund policy
1. Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at mos-store@themotorist.com to initiate your return.
Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return so we can assist you promptly.
We cannot accept returns without prior contact.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging and tags must be included.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Buyer pays return postage for unwanted items (e.g. if you change your mind or ordered the wrong item).

If the item is found to have a manufacturer fault or defect, we will cover the return postage or provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Please note:

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at mos-store@themotorist.com before sending anything back.
We’ll let you know the best way to handle your exchange.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.
We’ll assess the problem and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:
